Trump is positioning ICE to be his version of the Gestapo. The secret police, above any laws who can take away anyone they like for any reason. They’re not there to “deport illegals” or whatever bullshit, they exist to make everyone aware that the rule of law is what Trump says it is and to make sure everyone is worried and afraid.

It’s the new Gestapo. I am of the idea that they’re mostly Blackwater “soldiers.” Makes more sense how they ramped up so quickly.
These are privateers going after American citizens. A lot of the immigration detention facilities are operated by GEO Group. The more people they can sweep up into these camps, the more money gets made.

ICE map ONLY shows them going to fairly safe or boring neighborhoods and suburbs. Cicero. Berwyn. Morton Grove.
ICE video is usually a group of armored gun wielding masked men chasing down construction workers, dishwashers and moms taking their kid to school.
And for emphasis. These are people who have been here for decades and are not necessarily illegal.
And the final point.
THEY ARE NOT GOING AFTER CRIMINALS BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE DANGEROUS.

Does anyone know what training they get? Some of these guys look like they’ve never set foot in a gym. They definitely aren’t ex military unless that ex was from a long time ago.
